
Health & Safety Training - Skin Care
The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (CoSHH) Regulations 2002 R11(1) Where it is appropriate for the protection of the health of his employees who are, or are liable to be, exposed to a substance hazardous to health, the employer shall ensure that such employees are under suitable health surveillance.
Prevention of dermatitis training
CoSHH recommends that regular skin checks are performed by a competent person R11(1), R12(4). This may help to prevent the development of skin problems such as dermatitis, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Training for Competence
M.O.H.S. offers training in skin inspection including:
- Knowledge of CoSHH and employee responsibility.
- An introduction to skin and its functions.
- Personal hygiene and skin care programme.
- Recognition of skin conditions.
- Monitoring, inspection of skin.
- Recording and maintenance of documentation.
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment
On site £225.00 plus vat & mileage max 10 persons.
At MOHS £40.00 plus vat per candidate.
Duration 3½ hours.
A letter of attendance will be send on completion for your training records.
