Occupational Health
Occupational health manages the effect of work on health and focuses on optimising employee performance and maximising personal energy, suitability and fitness.
It also looks at wellbeing and safety issues in the workplace.
Employers not only have a legal responsibility to protect their employees' health at work, a properly managed occupational health function can help reduce sickness abscence, improve productivity and have a positive effect on overall business performance.

We focus on four key areas
- monitoring employees at risk from working methods / process

Some organisations prefer to work on a retainer basis, paying a set monthly fee for an agreed amount of work. Managed clients also receive additional benefits such as:

- workplace visits to assess health issues
- health promotion provision
- supporting substance abuse
Pay as you go
Other clients prefer to work on a 'pay as you go' basis, paying our standard rate for each individual service used.
